Ordered 3 cartons of mixed pack drinks on the 2nd of June, finally got a notification on the 19th June to say they were despatched to the transport company and since then "NOTHING" I've emailed 3 times and phoned 3 times now and still no response at all. It's now 3rd of July and still nothing at all. They were happy to take my money, but I feel like that's as far as they want to go. Take your money and then it's just to bad. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened to me by famous soda co. I ordered from them a few years ago and had the same problem, but I saw all the positive feedback for them and thought I'd give them another try. But now I'm thinking that those positive feedback aren't real and have been done to boost their position. My next calls are definitely to consumer affairs and business compliance, I earn my money and I expect when I exchange it for a product that I receive that product. Famous soda hasn't earnt my money.
